I had a heck of a time getting the picture I wanted off my phone to the message for them. They were very kind and helpful about it and ended making it more perfect than I could imagine! The image is crystal clear and has a shiny coating on it! Only thing I'd say to take note of is that I ordered a size 8 and it seems small for me.
